& Director

Safe Steps International was founded from a passion for helping schools create safer environments through stronger leadership, safeguarding culture and professional practice.
With nearly 20 years of educational leadership experience across the UK and international sectors, including roles as Head of School, Deputy Head and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Anish brings practical expertise gained at the highest levels of school leadership.
Having worked with and led schools recognised for excellence in safeguarding practice, he understands what exceptional safeguarding looks like and how organisations can move beyond compliance towards a culture where safeguarding is embedded in everyday practice.
Today, Safe Steps International supports schools worldwide through safeguarding culture reviews, safer recruitment audits, bespoke training, DSL supervision and strategic safeguarding consultancy designed to strengthen systems, build confidence and improve outcomes.
